The grand team upgraded our room. It was the grand king room harbour view, offering a amazing vista. we had dinner in one of the restaurants, enjoying a delicious meal. free parking was a wonderful added bonus, simplifying our travel arrangements.
the gym was a little crowded during peak hours, making it slightly difficult to access all the equipment i wanted.

I found a few issues . the room seemed a bit dated, and some of the fixtures looked worn (especially considering the price). i also found the lack of an easily accessible coffee option disappointing. The terrace was closed outside of breakfast hours, and finding a nearby cafe required going out in bad weather. the gym had unsupervised children, which detracted from the experience as well.
